Abstract
This article describes a training programme in organizational psychology for executives, managers and consultants at the Institute of Group Analysis in Copenhagen. Over a two-year period, the programme combines continuous activities with separate working conferences. The emphasis is on combining experience of group analysis with the tradition of working conferences as carried out at the Leicester conferences organized by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations - and systemic thinking. The article includes a detailed account of the organization and background of the programme, with the results of evaluations by the first five classes of participants (from 1994 to 1999) presented. The general opinion of the 96 graduates who have completed the programme is that they profit most from working with analysing person-related themes in organizational psychology.
