Reactions to Leadership

Abstract

In recent years social scientists have been greatly concerned about dimensions of leadership. Such a preoccupation has been especially characteristic of work in educational administration. The study de scribed below reports on the administration of a leadership instrument in Canada last year, and the author explores some implications of his findings for future investigations of leadership. Mr. Brown is as sociate professor at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and associate professor of educational theory at the University of Toronto.
