Abstract
A case of a right coronary artery fistula into the right ventricle is presented. The clin ical diagnosis was based on the presence of a continuous murmur best heard in the epi gastrium, which increased in intensity and duration on inspiration. This report stresses the importance of this sign in the localization of the arterial fistula to the right ventricle. To the best of our knowledge, there are no pre vious reports of this sign.
