Abstract
Concepts of bargaining power, influence, and manipulation are introduced and related to three different ways of operationalization—namely from decision-making, non-decision-making, and studying information flows. The concept of autonomy is introduced and briefly studied in the context of causal and teleological accounts of `power play'.
