Abstract
Neovascularity in the region of the left atrial appendage was demonstrated by coronary arteriography in a patient with tuberculous constrictive pericarditis. The presence of neovascularity may have been caused by the chronic nature of the constrictive pericarditis, which allowed time for tissue reaction and organization.
