Abstract
Measurement of two microwave variables can be a useful technique for the determination of one compositional variable in the presence of another, uncontrolled, variable. Examples are given of methods for moisture and density, moisture and fat, and concentration and temperature of aqueous solutions. Many other examples can be found for which the technique is applicable.
