Abstract
Serious orbital complications including blindness can develop from odontogenic sinusitis. A case history is described of a patient with odontogenic maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis in whom an orbital abscess developed followed by sudden blindness. The pathogenesis and treatment are discussed.
