Abstract
Across the country, many state and county institutions for youth, and city school systems, have adopted the modality known as Positive Peer Culture (PPC). The limitations of the modality present certain dilemmas, dangers, and frustrations for classroom teachers and other professionals in settings using PPC. This paper describes some of the major limitations and dangers, and discusses how the use of a complimentary tool, in conjunction with PPC, provides a successful resolution of them. The article is written both for professionals now using PPC and for those who may want to explore its use.
