Abstract
The first part of the present work dealt with coupling through joints of space structures, for the case of small axial forces. However, for prevalent cases where the axial forces are of the order of Euler's buckling force, with the attendant flexural-longitudinal coupling along the system elements becoming predominant, the theory has to be extended as presented here. The solution process consists of progressive iteration, continued until the coupling of the flexural and longitudinal waves matches the input data of the preceding step.
