Abstract
After working together in teams for a year, 24 Norwegian naval cadets participated in a 4-day exercise. Interpersonal ratings were collected before and after. Performance data were collected in the field. The ratings predicted leader and group effectiveness, and the exercise was shown to have substantial effects on team and leadership development.
