Cohesion: Inter and intra Sentence Errors

Abstract

Cohesion implies that a written text is more than a mere collection of statements no matter how syntactically mature or grammatically correct such sentences appear. A cohesive scale was developed to aid teachers in identifying specific types of textual cohesions difficult for a student in order that appropriate instructional objectives can be established.
