1. Harold Blau is completed his doctoral courses at New York University School of Education. He received his PhD degree from Walden University in 1976. Currently he is writing about his experiences as director of a school for minority, emotionally handicapped children in a ghetto setting. He is otherwise a lecturer, an educational consultant in private practice for the learning disabled, especially the dyslexic child, and a research associate at St. John's University in new York, Reading Institute.
2. Eugene J. Loveless is cheif of clinical psychology and neuropsychology and director of special education at St. Vincent's Hall in New York. He received his PhD degree from St. John's University in 1963. His current interest is the study of clinical neurological vulnerabilities among foster care and court-referred youths with the Reitan batteries.
