Abstract
Three measures of morphology are individually explained and compared. These include the Berry-Talbott Comprehension of Grammar, the Grammatic Closure subtest of the Illinois Test of Psycholinguistic Abilities, and the Grammatic Completion subtest of the Test of Language Development. A discussion of each test's reliability, scoring procedures, format, and types of scores is presented. An item analysis of the specific morphological forms tested by each instrument also is provided. A major limitation, scoring guideline for speakers of nonstandard English, is discussed.
