Courtrooms, Politics, and Morality: Toward a Theoretical Integration

Abstract

Study of juridical, political, and morality judgments can be enhanced by an information integration theoretical analysis. The theory unifies treatment of these domains, and by identifying judgment parameters and distinguishing between values and processes, can be useful in solving substantive issues in these domains. Illustrative experiments on each type of judgment are described.
