Abstract
The problem and the solution. Employers can find in Judaism a tradition, philosophy, and methods of learning that can lead to invaluable contributions in the workplace, whether it is in the corporate, government, nongovernmental organization (NGO), or nonprofit sectors. An understanding of the evolution of Jewish learning thought and its relation to the contemporary workplace can offer additional strategies for human resource development practitioners to employ in organization settings.
