Abstract
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of an instrument employing verb choices, in a forced choice sentence completion format, for identifying disturbed and normal Ss among latency age children. Ten scales were identified from the test items and four personality types were identified for the normal and disturbed Ss. Correct classification of 70.9% of the normal Ss and 93.1% of the disturbed Ss was found in a cross-validation procedure.
