Abstract

This paper reviews preliminary results of a field study that examined the impact of a leadership development program on pre and post ratings of the multi-factor leadership questionnaire. Emphasis in the training program was placed on developing transformational leadership. Results indicated that there were some positive effects of the training program on increasing ratings of transformational leadership.
