Abstract
This paper presents a hybrid computational method in which invariant imbedding is used to effect analog solution of the boundary-value problems which typically result from time discretization of a partial differential equation. The method is developed from fundamentals, scaling rules are derived, computational results are presented and discussed, and possible extensions are mentioned.
