Abstract
This article focuses on the scope of work of a three-way collaborative effort, titled COP 2000, that has been in existence for more than 6 years. The study explores the process that was used in establishing the COP 2000 program, including students' graduation and retention rates. A review of the existing literature is provided, followed by a discussion on the data collection procedure. A summary of findings is presented that highlights the program's partners, the process, students, and the program's evaluation. Implications for future program development are drawn.
