There is much evidence to support the notion that pupils, teachers and parents must work together if we are to ensure challenging and appropriate learning opportunities for all. This paper explores the role of parents in the education of young more able children. In particular it examines four areas of interest: Identification/liaison; Social or life skills; Areas of particular ability; and Resources and Support
