Abstract

Supporting shelter improvements for low-income groups is an interview with Jorge Anzorena in which he reflects on what has been learnt over the past 17 years on how best to fund and support low-income groups in shelter construction and improvement. He also describes his work, documenting the activities of community based organizations and NGOs, and how this has provided links between different NGOs and community based organizations working in Asia and Latin America-and elsewhere.
