Abstract
Discusses a project conducted in 1979 in which personnel from Arkansas Enterprises for the Blind trained staff members from community-based programs for the elderly in techniques designed to involve and assist visually impaired senior citizens. Frankly describes flaws in the original project design and the means used to overcome them. Substantiates the need for additional programs for this rapidly growing population.
