Abstract
The technique of « nuclear crushing » with acetic carmine stain has been adopted in 34 benign and malignant tumour types of different organs. 3 types of nuclei were distinguished: A type, with considerable bulk, approximately round-shaped, thick chromatinic network; B type with considerable bulk, less regular in shape and lesser amount of chromatin; and normal type.
