Abstract
The juvenile carcinomas of the large intestine do not show any peculiarities as regards symptomatology and histological pictures. The fatal outcome is to a great extent related to the young age which, by excluding, in the common mentality, the thought of cancer, brings about a delayed diagnosis. The relatively more rapid course of juvenile carcinomas is attributable to the anatomo-functional conditions and to the « ambiental congruence » of the involved ground.
