Abstract
Many public services are provided through government produetion with public ownership of nonlabor inputs. In general, macroeconomic policy impacts with this mode of provision are different from a fiscal policy analysis using conventional models. This article analyzes how reduced public spending may influence aggregate employment with this mode of provision.
