Abstract

Developments in aerial photography in archaeology and military reconnaissance have not as yet been fully exploited in agriculture. The author has applied aerial photography to the solution of certain problems in plant pathology and, almost incidentally, has shown that this approach is applicable to a wide range of agronomic problems. The significance both to farm management and to agricultural control on a national level becomes apparent.
