2. ROGER A. BOOTHROYD, PhD, is a visiting research assistant professor of the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, University of South Florida. Dr. Boothroyd was previously a research scientist with the Bureau of Evaluation and Services Research in the New York State Office of Mental Health, where he served as project director for the study examining the effectiveness of intensive in-home crisis services for children and their families.
3. MARY I. ARMSTRONG, MBA, MSW, is the director of the Division of State and Local Support in the Department of Child and Family Studies at the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, University of South Florida. Prior to joining the Louis de la Parte Florida Mental Health Institute, Ms. Armstrong was the director of the Bureau of Children and Families in the New York State Office of Mental Health.
