Abstract
A survey of attitude toward academic subjects was administered to gifted children in grades 4 through 7. Results indicated that female attitude toward reading was higher than males, male attitude toward science and social studies was higher than females, and that there was no significant difference in male and female attitudes toward math. There were no significant attitudinal differences across grade levels.
