Abstract
Part 1 of this article presented a new practice model for the aids and adaptations area. In part 2, principles for casework, drawn from the practice model, are described. The use and value of the principles are illustrated by the presentation of a case typically characterised by a demand for a downstairs toilet. Further developments from the practice model are also indicated.
