1. Gary D. Borich is a professor of educational psychology and director of the Instructional Systems Laboratory at the College of Education, The University of Texas at Austin. He received his PhD frim Indiana University. Among his interests are the evaluation of special education programs and the development of qualitative techniques for program evaluation.
2. Deborah D. Nance is currently a research associate at the Texas Association of School Boards in Austin, Texas. She received her PhD fiom The University of Texas at Austin. She consults with special education administrators regarding the design and implementation of longitudinal evaluation of special education programs.
