Selection and Training of School Principals in The World and in Turkey and the Development of Policies Related to this

Abstract

In this research, it is aimed to determine the selection and training of school principals in the world and in Turkey, and to determine the policies that can be developed accordingly. In line with the purpose of the research, a field survey was conducted. A descriptive analysis has been made in the context of important developments and practices in the world as a result of the literature survey, and policies that can be developed for Turkey have been suggested.
