Behavior & Pharmacological Animal Models for the Evaluation of Learning & Memory Condition

Abstract

Learning and memory impairment is the deficits in the memory conditions. The ability to find objects, recall previous locations and navigate throughout the world is dependent upon spatial learning and memory. Cognitive deficits have long been recognized as severe and consistent neurological disorders associated with numerous psychiatric and neurodegenerative states. Experimental models of human disease are used to study pathophysiological factors involved in learning and memory.
