Abstract

. The need of power grid companies to quickly detect emergency power outages and identify damaged areas when solving the problem of restoring power supply in low-voltage networks leads to the need to improve the information system for consumer-dispatcher interaction. This work performed a critical analysis of the traditional system of interaction between the consumer and the dispatcher through contact centers customer service energy companies.
