Abstract

We show that any linear map on a finite dimensional CSL algebra A \mathcal {A} which at each point is equal to the value of some automorphism of A \mathcal {A} is either an automorphism or can be factored as an automorphism and the transpose of a self-adjoint summand of A \mathcal {A} . New examples of local mappings are constructed.
