Neumann boundary value problems for elliptic operators with measure-valued coefficients

Abstract

In this paper, we prove that there exists a unique weak solution to the Neumann boundary value problem for second order elliptic operators whose coefficients are signed measures. We will give a probabilistic representation of the solution. The heat kernel estimates and reflected diffusion processes play important roles.
