1. Paul Thomas is Professor of Analytical Science, and Head of the Department of Chemistry at Loughborough University (UK). He is a Past President of the International Society of Ion Mobility Spectrometry and is especially interested in the development of noninvasive therapeutic measurements of volatile organic compounds.
2. Matthew Turner is a member of the Centre for Analytical Science at Loughborough University. He has specialized in trace-level analysis using MS for over 15 years. His current field of research is the detection and analysis of volatile organic compounds in human breath. He has participated in international research projects and has written a number of scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.
