1. Jesús Alcázar earned his BS degree in chemistry from the University of Castilla–La Mancha (Spain) in 1990 and a PhD in chemistry from the same university in 1996. 2. Yannick Ligny graduated with a Master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University of Rouen (France) in 1991. He joined the Janssen research center in Val-de-Reuil (France) in 1993 as an Associate Scientist. Currently, he is working as a Scientist in the Oncology Department at Janssen – with the additional responsibility of championing the application of technologies within the research department such as microwave-mediated reactions and flow chemistry.
