Abstract
This article explores the role of financial incentives in the implementation of patient-centric care from a nursing perspective. Recognizing the pivotal influence nurses wield in shaping patient experiences, the study investigates how financial motivators impact the adoption of patient-centric practices. The article employs a mixed-methods approach to analyze the effectiveness of financial incentives, shedding light on both quantitative outcomes and qualitative insights from nursing professionals.
