Abstract
This research paper investigates the major issue of power transmission line faults in electrical engineering. Through advanced simulation tools such as MATLAB and ETAP, the study aims to comprehensively analyze various fault circumstances, including symmetrical and unsymmetrical faults, to determine fault Kilovolt Ampere (KVA) or Megavolt Ampere (MVA). Through detailed fault analysis, insights are sought into improving the reliability and efficiency of power transmission networks, consequently minimizing risks of property damage, casualties, and economic disruptions.
