Automatic Attendance System Using Face Recognition

Abstract

The project aims to develop an automated attendance system using face recognition technology. The system eliminates manual methods and provides contactless attendance tracking. It utilizes a Raspberry Pi board, camera module, and advanced image processing techniques to detect and recognize faces in real-time. Attendance data is stored in a database which is excel sheet and can be accessed remotely. The system improves efficiency, reduces errors, and promotes hygiene and safety in various environments.
