DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS IN MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY: CONCEPT, GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS, LEGAL ASPECT OF REGULATION

Abstract

This article analyzes the main trends in the development of digital ecosystems in modern society. The purpose of the article is to clarify and specify the main tasks and challenges facing the state in building an effective system of legal support for digital ecosystems, as well as the problems and risks that emerging from the development of digital ecosystems and their influence on various spheres of life. In the process of working on the study, the methods of system analysis, structural analysis, comparison, synthesis and generalization are used. Results: in order to ensure national security and the interests of the state and society, it is important to establish a clear framework that defines the risky boundaries of ecosystems. The system of legal and regulatory support for the activities of digital ecosystems that is currently being formed should be, on the one hand, flexible, permissible in matters of self-regulation of ecosystems, and, on the other hand, preventive, since the volume of risks (economic, political, technological, social), taking into account the rapidly the emerging digital economy is essential.
