1. MSCIandBMDOestablished severalgoals forPhase 1. Included in these goals was pressure feedback operation at a fixed 29.4 psia setpoint and 5.5 mg/sec Xenon flow over a 2000 psia to 100 psia anticipated supplyblow-downpressurerange.
2. The non-flight Phase 1hardware was built and tested. Nitrogen tests were performed and provided pressure regulation at inlet pressures of 75 and 2000 psia. Xenon tests were performed and provided pressure regulation at inletpressures of 90 and 960 psia.
3. MSCI and BMDO goals were established forthe Phase 2 program. Included in these goals was operation to provide flow regulation from 1to 10 mg/sec (11 to 110 seem) Xenon flow over a 2000 psia to 100 psia anticipated supply blow-down pressure range, and operation using Hall Effect Thruster feedback via the Thruster anode discharge current.
