Abstract
The paper presents a clinical case of a 40-year-old patient with a burdened obstetric history, including abnormal invasion of the placenta (placenta percreta) involving anterior wall of the uterus, as well as uterine bladder in the pathological process.
Untimely diagnosis of this pathology entails incorrect treatment policy and, as a result, acute massive bleeding, associated with risk to the health of the woman.
The complex diagnostic and therapeutic measures carried out contributed to the preservation of the pelvic organs and the restoration of the patient’s reproductive function.
