Abstract
The article describes the creation of an experimental setup to investigate the effect of magnetostatic levitation using magnetic rail (as a base) and platform with permanent magnets in combination with bulk high-temperature superconductors of the 2nd generation. The article provides evidence of the stability of the hybrid pole, the measurement results of the vertical and lateral forces and the dependence of the levitation gap of the sequence of operations of cooling high-temperature superconductors of the 2nd generation. The article provides evidence of the ability to achieve static levitation with a gap of more than 10 mm when using bulk high-temperature superconductors of the 2nd generation and the efficiency of their application to provide lateral stabilization.
