Abstract

The medical The specifics of the course of the epidemic process in military collectives in the context of globalization, re-equipment for new types of advanced weapons and military equipment in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, when conducting combat training and special operations in the field, as well as when new, previously unknown pathogens of infectious diseases appear, require scientific research on the features of the spread of infectious diseases in modern conditions. This article discusses the main features of the course of the epidemic process of the military contingent when performing special tasks in various conditions of daily activity of troops, as well as various factors that contribute to the introduction of infectious diseases in military units and conditions for the spread of infectious diseases in military collectives. Until recently, the epidemic process in the military collective was relatively Autonomous and was determined primarily by internal factors inherent in military collectives. Today, the epidemic situation in military garrisons is determined by the epidemic situation in the Russian Federation and in the world as a whole. Significant relevance of problematic issues related to the organization and conduct of sanitary and anti-epidemic (preventive) measures in military collectives, due to the need to maintain a stable sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, involves conducting scientific research to review (amend) some of the principles and mechanisms of the current system of sanitary and anti-epidemic provision of troops. For the stable functioning of the system of sanitary and anti-epidemic support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the work of officials carrying out Federal state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance must be carried out in strict accordance with the current regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation (bibliography: 10 refs).
