Abstract

Patients suffering from serious disorders often require special care and emotional support. Nurses in the neurosurgical unit experience the stress of overseeing ethically challenging situations, interacting with patients experiencing painful symptoms, and dealing with the unpredictability and unknown outcomes of treatment processes.
