Abstract
In the geomagnetic field environment, magnetic memory detection is easily affected by various factors, such as the environment and the material, and the detected signal is weak and the accuracy low. In this paper, a method for wire rope magnetic memory detection under weak magnetic
excitation is proposed and a magnetic memory magnetic dipole model is established under weak magnetic field excitation. Theoretical analysis shows that imposing a weak magnetic field on a wire rope can effectively suppress the interfering magnetic field and improve the sensitivity of the system.
Furthermore, a wire rope magnetic memory detection platform has been built under weak magnetic field excitation. Finally, experiments are presented that verify the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
