Abstract
Se presenta un caso con diagnóstico de lupus eritematoso sistémico, que presentó endocarditis de Libman-Sacks con estenosis aórtica severa que necesitó reemplazo valvular aórtico. El caso muestra las claves diagnósticas para realizar el diagnóstico de endocarditis no infecciosa como causa de la estenosis aórtica severa.
