Abstract

This chapter outlines the main concepts examined and defined by the French jurist Alain Supiot, and traces the argumentative trajectories of his proposals for reflection and action, which - as the document seeks to emphasize - transcend the boundaries of law and represent real prospects for social change, with the aim of guaranteeing and protecting citizenship rights beyond employment.
