Is morality an innate or acquired property of a person?

Abstract

In the article, the author tries to answer the first question about the source of the appearance of morality in the process of analyzing authoritative sources, as well as in the course of his own discussions on the topic with the involvement of empirical examples. The second question directly follows from the first and rather reflects the author's personal position on the persuasiveness of this or that argument, which the authors use when developing their own theory of the origin and development of morality in an individual.
